These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and bsk21 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bsk21 website located at https://bsk21.net and all associated products, services, games, wagering facilities, and promotional programs (collectively, the "Services").
By registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager on the bsk21 platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its terms, and that you agree unconditionally to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bsk21 platform and close your account.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use the bsk21 platform. The platform is not available to persons under 21 years of age under any circumstances. bsk21 enforces this restriction through document-based KYC verification on all accounts requesting withdrawals.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on the bsk21 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the life of your Account:
bsk21 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bsk21 support may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawal requests.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the bsk21 platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether using different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of any balances held therein.
At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, your date of birth, your city and province of residence within Indonesia, and a secure password. You undertake to keep all registration information current and to notify bsk21 support promptly of any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. bsk21 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is deemed to have been performed by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact bsk21 support immediately at [email protected].
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, bsk21 requires all Accounts to complete identity verification. The verification process requires submission of a clear, unobstructed copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), a document confirming your residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days), and confirmation of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. bsk21 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting bsk21 support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure is eligible for withdrawal subject to KYC verification and the minimum withdrawal threshold in effect. bsk21 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, chargebacks, or breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
bsk21 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bsk21 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required on the Player's side is the Player's sole responsibility and cost.
Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. bsk21 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bsk21 accepts no responsibility. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. bsk21 reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–15 minutes for verified Accounts; unverified Accounts may experience delays of up to 48 hours pending KYC completion. bsk21 processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays in Indonesia. bsk21 does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, individual bank and e-wallet providers may apply transfer fees at their discretion.
bsk21 operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) principles. Players must not use the bsk21 platform for the purpose of transferring, laundering, or concealing funds of illegal origin. bsk21 reserves the right to freeze Accounts, delay withdrawals, and report suspicious transaction patterns to the relevant authorities where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or other financial crime. Deposits must be made from payment methods owned by and registered in the name of the Account holder — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Indonesian bank hours notice: While bsk21 processes withdrawal instructions around the clock, final crediting of funds to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other Indonesian bank accounts may be subject to the individual bank's interbank clearing schedules. E-wallet withdrawals via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically instant regardless of time of day.
bsk21 offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns to eligible Account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and this section, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
bsk21 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance wagering strategies designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements with minimal risk; collusion between multiple accounts; and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.
All games available on the bsk21 platform — including live blackjack, Live Dragon Tiger, slots, and sportsbook betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager in any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game rules.
All RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, and instant-win products) on the bsk21 platform use certified random number generation technology. Outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and are not influenced by prior outcomes, bet size, player identity, or any other external factor. RTP (return-to-player) percentages for each slot title are available within the game's information panel.
Live dealer games — including live blackjack and Live Dragon Tiger — are streamed in real time from professional studio facilities operated by licensed game providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game outcomes in live dealer titles are determined by physical dealing of cards; bsk21 has no ability to influence these outcomes. All live dealer tables are subject to the game provider's own published rules and procedures.
All sportsbook wagers are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, competition, and market type. bsk21 publishes betting rules for football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League), MotoGP, badminton, E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, Free Fire), and all other covered sports within the sportsbook section. bsk21 reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event subsequently found to have been affected by match fixing, irregular betting patterns, or data errors, returning the stake to the Account holder's Balance.
In the event of a connection interruption during a live game round, bsk21's servers will continue to process the game to completion. The outcome recorded on bsk21's servers is final and binding. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a platform-side technical failure, the wager will be voided and the stake returned to the player's Balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bsk21 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
All content appearing on the bsk21 platform — including but not limited to the bsk21 name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bsk21 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright and trademark law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bsk21 platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bsk21 platform without the prior written consent of bsk21. Any unauthorized use constitutes an infringement of bsk21's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
The bsk21 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bsk21 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or interruptions.
bsk21 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising from or in connection with:
In all cases, bsk21's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that Player's Account Balance at the time the relevant incident occurred.
Nothing in this Section limits bsk21's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.
bsk21 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
bsk21 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform, salted and hashed password storage, two-factor authentication via OTP, and automatic session time-out on inactive devices to protect your personal and financial information. bsk21 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except as required to process payments, fulfill KYC obligations, comply with legal requirements, or operate the Services as described in the Privacy Policy.
bsk21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Account holders via email notification to the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the platform's homepage, with a minimum notice period of 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the bsk21 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bsk21 is internationally incorporated and licensed to operate. bsk21 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform and does not represent that its Services are lawful in all jurisdictions, including Indonesia.
Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the bsk21 platform is lawful in their country or territory of residence. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have made this determination independently and accept full responsibility for any legal consequences that may arise from your use of the platform in your jurisdiction.
Any dispute between a Player and bsk21 that cannot be resolved through the support channel described in Section 14 shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
